Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer living in the United Kingdom, buy products offered under the Cat & Tray brand on catandtray.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you accept these terms. The terms in force when you order apply to your purchase. You can save or print them at any time; a PDF copy is also attached to your order confirmation email.

2. Who we are

Oblivion Capital LLC, Limited Liability Company (Wyoming, USA), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, registration Company registered in the State of Wyoming (USA), telephone +356 77 08 15 09, email [email protected] (“we”, “us”).

3. Products

Our products are digital content supplied without a tangible medium: files to download (for example PDF guides, plans, trackers and audio files) and, where a product page says so, content shown on the Site. No physical products are sent. Each product page describes the main features and contents of the product.

You need a device that can open PDF files (and, for audio products, play MP3 files). Most recent computers, tablets and smartphones can do this without extra software.

Important. Our guides give general information about cat behaviour and the home. They are not veterinary advice and do not replace a vet: if your cat seems unwell, is straining or cannot pass urine, contact a vet straight away.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. There are no delivery charges. The checkout page shows the total before you confirm your order. The price shown when you order applies to your purchase. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge its own conversion fees.

5. Ordering

To order: (1) click the buy button for your chosen product; (2) on the secure Stripe checkout page, enter your email address and payment details, check the products and the total, and correct any errors; (3) tick the box asking for immediate access and acknowledging that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts (see section 8); (4) confirm using the payment button, which means you have to pay. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We send your order confirmation by email.

Optional extra. The checkout page may offer an additional product. It is never preselected and is added only if you select it.

Offers after your purchase. Your confirmation page may offer another product, and, if you decline it, a cheaper one, each with its price clearly shown. If you tick the box about your right to cancel and click the button to accept, you make a new contract and authorise us to charge that amount once to the card you have just used. If that charge cannot be made, you are taken to a normal checkout page. Nothing is charged unless you click to accept. Your card is used only for this and is unlinked from your order at our payment provider shortly afterwards (normally within 30 minutes of your purchase): it is never kept for other purchases.

6. Payment

Payment is due when you order. Stripe (Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. (to be confirmed for the US account)) processes it securely. The payment methods available (such as cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are shown at checkout. We never receive or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is immediate once your payment is confirmed. We first send your order confirmation email, with your download links, to the address you entered at checkout. The links also appear on the confirmation page as soon as that email has been sent, usually within a minute, and stay valid for 30 days. Please save your files on your device. If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to [email protected] and we will resend your files.

8. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel a contract for digital content. Under regulation 37, you lose this right once the supply of the digital content (the download) has begun, if you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.

Because we supply your files immediately, we ask you to tick a box before payment. It is never pre-ticked. Your order confirmation email records your consent and acknowledgement, with their date and time, and confirms your contract on a durable medium. We send it before your download links are shown, together with these terms as a PDF.

If these conditions have not been met, you can still cancel within 14 days: use the “Cancel contract here” link at the bottom of every page and in your confirmation email, send us any clear statement (for example by email to [email protected]), or use the model cancellation form below. We will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

Model cancellation form (complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel and the right applies):
To Oblivion Capital LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, [email protected]:

Ordered on: ________ · Order reference: ________
Name of consumer: ________ · Address of consumer: ________
Email address used for the purchase: ________
Signature of consumer (only if this form is notified on paper): ________
Date: ________

Losing the right to cancel does not affect our money-back guarantee (section 9) or your statutory rights (section 10).

9. Our money-back guarantee

Email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Oblivion Capital LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) offers this guarantee free of charge. To use it within 14 days of your purchase, click “Cancel contract here” or write to [email protected] from the email address used for your order (or include your order reference). We will refund the full price of the product concerned to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit or replace them.

10. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known to us, and as described (sections 34 to 36). If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience (section 43). If a repair or replacement is impossible, or is not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be up to the full price (section 44). If digital content we supplied damages your device or other digital content, and this would not have happened had we used reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you (section 46). A refund due under the Act will be made within 14 days of our agreeing that you are entitled to it, using the original payment method, without any fee. Nothing in these terms limits these rights. Free advice about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.

11. Licence to use the files

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your household. You may print them as often as you like for that use. You may not resell, share or upload the files to websites, social media or sharing groups, give them to third parties, or use them commercially. The files remain the intellectual property of Oblivion Capital LLC.

12. Personal data

We process the personal data collected for your order as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Customer service and complaints

For questions or complaints, contact [email protected] or +356 77 08 15 09. We usually reply within 2 working days. If our complaints process does not resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing whether we use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

Free consumer advice is available from Citizens Advice (England and Wales), Advice Direct Scotland (Scotland) and Consumerline (Northern Ireland).

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland as well as in England and Wales. You may always bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
